Summary & Job Description:
       Sales Country Manager, responsible to manage the sales team on the highest level.
       Country Manager will be providing complete and appropriate solutions, for opening new doors
       with relevant clients consistently, to increase sales & profitability. 

Job Location: KSA, UAE

Cross-Functional teams: 
      Media Buying - Account Management - Quality - Influencers- Marketing - Affiliate 

Work Responsibility:
        - Accurately forecast future sales and form sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
        - Maintain relationships with team members by providing support, information, and guidance.
        - Supervise Sales Managers to ensure increased sales and profitability.
        - Recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees as well as counseling; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
        - Researching and recommending new opportunities.
        - Recommending profit and service improvements.
        - Present at related events representing Arabyads.
        - Keep up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
        - Prepare Sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
        - Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region
        - Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
        - Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.  
        - Work with all cross-functional teams towards the ArabyAds vision and goals.  
        - Deliver on agreed KPI’s to be Set.


Job Specifications:
       - 5+ years of relevant experience.
       - Ability to manage to communicate with a large team of sales members.
       - Ability to drive sales process successfully
       - Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
       - Solid Egyptian market Knowledge.
       - Sales Planning skills
       - Solid Knowledge of CRM practices.
